All quarterly Executive Board HOA meetings are held on the 2nd
Tuesday of the quarter at 7:30 PM unless otherwise stated.
The location will be determined at the previous meeting and posted
here. Cancellations and postponed meetings will be announced
here as well.

Holiday Lighting Contest
Scott Harbaugh and family won this year’s holiday
lighting contest. What a great display, and for
their efforts they got an extra stocking stuffer
from Santa. Way to go! Sorry I did not get any
pictures of all of the displays this year, but it
was just too darn cold. We had great participation
this year. Everyone made the neighborhood very
festive, thank you so much!

Burrrr its cold in them thar hills
Wow, thank goodness the sub-zero temps have left us.
That was the 8th coldest January in CO on record. We
are not out of the woods yet when it comes to snow.
Everyone did a great job making sure the sidewalks
were cleaned off, thank you for that.

Reminders
Any exterior work being done to your house or yard
requires an architectural submission to the Board.
This can be turned in or emailed to any board member
below, and it will be reviewed as soon as possible.
Compliant forms can also be turned in to any member
of the board. We ask that you put your name on the
form, so we know who to follow up with incase there
are any questions. Again, these will be addressed as
soon as possible by the board.

Trash and Recycle
I know there is some frustration with Republic
lately for missing recycle pick up. We have talked
with Republic about this, and they contribute this
to lack of drivers. To further the confusion our
Rep. told us they would pick recycle up on a
non-recycle day, which they DID NOT. Going forward
if recycle is missed, it will be picked up on the
next recycle day.
